About You

You will bring
* Previous leadership experience within Early Childhood Education and Care
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence in leading teams through growth, change and continuous improvement
* A passion for being part of the positive change in early childhood education
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to mentor, inspire and develop educators and emerging leaders
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and National Quality Standards
* A proactive, solutions-focused and positive leadership style
* Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children and teams
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for children, families and educators
