Senior Principal Consultant
The Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing and implementation.
* Reinforce company policies and procedures to others.
* Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams.
* Identify dependencies and support the interplay between different workstreams within a project.
* Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other Consultants within their projects.
* Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects and Expenses area.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
* 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or other planning tool implementation experience.
* 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting area.
* Cloud ERP experience an advantage.
* Workday Adaptive Financials experience highly desirable.
* Experience with other financial ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, or similar tools.
* Background in financial or supply-chain roles.
* Data driven and solution driven mindset.
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
