**About the role
**In the Client Partnerships Executive position, you will support the team in managing client relationships and work with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results. You will work with the sales, operations and insight teams in order to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients.

**Key accountabilities:
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team and production
- Day to day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Providing Partnership Managers with compliance reporting and escalate any issues or concerns
- Managing client post campaign reporting
- Working with finance and commercial team to respond to client billings queries
- Managing incoming client enquiries
- Be the internal and external sales point of contact for campaign delivery
- Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assist in pipeline management
- Providing administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targets
- Maintaining inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials with marketing
- Supporting Client Partnership Managers with deck creation and client meeting preparationIn this position, you will report into the Group Client Partnerships Manager.

**About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- 2 to 3 years of work experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results, quality, continuous improvement and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Proactivity, with abilities to work independently and as part of a team, and to anticipate both client & sales team needsReliability, with an ability to complete work to a high standard, whilst getting energised by the entrepreneurial nature of the role
