We are seeking an experienced Building Manager with a proven track record in overseeing building operations, maintenance, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing building projects, liaising with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day building functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, safety, and facility management.
* Coordinate and supervise building projects, renovations, and repair works to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
* Liaise with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with building codes.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and improvement opportunities.
* Manage budgets, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of building activities, quotes, and project progress.
* Implement and monitor building policies, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Respond promptly to building-related issues, tenant inquiries, and emergency situations.

About You:

* Demonstrated experience in building or facilities management.
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction processes, and WHS/safety protocols.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
