We are a leading rail network owner seeking Rail Labourers to maintain and upgrade our track network.
Responsibilities
* Perform general labouring and track maintenance duties.
* Conduct safety protection duties and detailed visual inspections of rail infrastructure.
* Operate heavy machinery, welding, and other specialised maintenance activities.
* Adhere to ARTC's strict safety and quality standards.
* Participate in a structured training program to acquire knowledge, certifications and practical skills.
Qualifications
* Self‐motivated and reliable.
* Passionate about learning and developing new skills.
* Strong team player with great communication skills.
* Comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
* Safety‐focused in everything you do.
* Ability to pass a Category 1 Rail Medical.
Requirements
* Current driver's licence.
* Flexible hours and travel as required.
* General construction induction card (White Card).
* Civil, rail or plant experience.
* Rail Industry Worker (RIW) competencies.
* HR licence.
