About the Role
This apprenticeship will provide you with intensive training in EV and body repair, including practical sessions and assessments. You will also receive eLearning modules that can be accessed on any device.
As a Body Repair Spray Painter Apprentice, you will be responsible for preparing, restoring, and finishing painted vehicle surfaces. This includes repairing damaged paintwork or cosmetic enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve daily goals and deliver results.
2. Complete Tesla-specific training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
3. Develop a deep understanding of Tesla products, Body Repair Systems, Processes, and Procedures.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
5. Record time, expenses, and materials used accurately.
6. Perform basic body repair paint work under supervision.
7. Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and the Body Repair Centre.
Requirements
1. You must have completed Year 12 or equivalent.
2. You must be eligible to attend training through MITO.
3. You must hold a valid driver's license.
4. You must be fluent in English.
5. You should have an interest in electronics and technology.
6. You should possess excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
7. You should be able to learn quickly, work efficiently, and follow instructions.
8. You should be able to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
9. You should be energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
