UniSport Australia is the peak governing body for university sport, representing 42 universities and over 1 million students nationwide.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional sport, health, and wellbeing experiences, with a focus on inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
The Roles:
Join our team for the **** UniSport Nationals, Australia's premier multisport event (26 Sept – 2 Oct ****), hosting 5,000+ student-athletes across 30+ sports.
We're hiring for three coordinator positions:
Plan and deliver all sport components, including schedules, draws, results, and competition resources.
Manage sport interns and staff teams.
Oversee event operations, including venues, transport, catering, equipment, and safety plans.
Lead operational staff and interns during planning and event delivery.
Lead the volunteer and internship programs, from recruitment to training, rostering, and recognition.
Support deployment of event-time staff across all functional areas.
Experience in event coordination or sports/operations management
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Flexible and collaborative team players
