We're a growing mortgage broking team helping clients achieve their property goals. We're now seeking an experienced Loan Processor who thrives on problem-solving and has an eye for detail to join our team.
Systems used: Mercury CRM (Connective), ApplyOnline, Quickli, Excel
What you'll be doing:
* Manage and organize loan documentation with precision
* Process loan applications end-to-end through CRM and ApplyOnline
* Research lender policies and prepare servicing calculation on Quickli and Excel
* Prepare responses to lender requests for missing information
* Coordinate with clients and banks for lodgements and approvals
* Support the broker to ensure applications progress smoothly and efficiently
What you'll bring:
* 2+ years proven experience as a loan processor or as a credit analyst
* Familiarity with CRM systems and loan lodgement platforms
* Understanding of lender policies, serviceability calculations and documentation standards
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Ability to work proactively and manage multiple applications simultaneously
* A solutions-focused mindset – you actively look for ways to overcome obstacles
* Natural curiosity and initiative – you take action without needing to be told
You'll excel in this role if you:
* Have experience managing deals from pre-submission to settlement
* Have the willingness to learn and take initiative
* Enjoy finding creative solutions to keep deals moving
* Take ownership of your work from start to finish
