About the Builder
A well-established luxury builder with a reputation for quality and award-winning designs is looking for a Foreman to join their team. Specialising in new homes, duplexes, townhouses, and custom builds, this builder delivers around 70 projects per year across Sydney, with a strong focus on detail and luxury finishes.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee multiple duplex projects on-site. This is a hands-on position, managing 5-6 builds simultaneously. You will work alongside an experienced Project Manager to ensure high-quality builds.
Projects are high-spec duplexes valued at $2-3M each, located in the Sutherland Shire.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities across multiple duplex projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality
- Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and site teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve in office issues quickly to avoid delays
Requirements
- Proven building experience, ideally in residential or duplex projects
- Licensed carpenter (preferred)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
