About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing professional, friendly, and efficient service. Your day will be varied, from answering enquiries and processing orders to coordinating deliveries and ensuring accuracy in our warehouse processes.
Hours:
Monday to Friday,
8:00am–4:21pm (can become flexible once fully trained)
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues
* Process sales orders, issue invoices, and handle returns/credits
* Prepare and verify documentation for accurate and timely order fulfilment
* Organise deliveries, liaise with freight companies, and coordinate driver schedules
* Perform stock transfers, stationery orders, and inventory checks
* Assist with debt recovery when requested
* Maintain WHS compliance and promote safe work practices
What We're Looking For
* Office/customer service experience preferred
* Punctual, reliable, and approachable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work well with others and build strong customer relationships
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
