Responsibilities and Qualifications
Floristry know-how:
a Certificate III in Floristry or significant hands-on experience. You know your peonies from your proteas and can confidently work with seasonal flowers.
A people-person vibe:
you're friendly, approachable, and always ready to provide excellent customer service.
A creative spark:
you'll craft jaw-dropping arrangements, eye-catching displays, or thoughtfully wrapped gifts.
Energy and enthusiasm:
you're proactive, quick on your feet, and eager to dive into daily tasks.
Flexible availability:
part-time work (15–20 hours per week) with daytime shifts at least 3–4 days a week, including every second weekend. We'll work with you to create a schedule that suits you and the business.
Team player:
you enjoy working with flowers, homewares, and people.
Physical stamina:
you're comfortable with lifting and being on your feet during busy shifts.

Pay and Benefits
Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award 2020. The base hourly pay rates for level 4 adults are:
Weekdays:
$28.12/hour
Saturday:
$35.15/hour
Sunday:
$42.18/hour
Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts. Please view the full Award for all applicable rates and allowances.
