Job Overview:
The Entry-Level Engineering Position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals working toward professional licensure. This role involves supporting various engineering and production activities related to precast concrete products, gaining hands-on experience in design, analysis, manufacturing, and project coordination under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Hold EIT license and pursue Professional Engineering licensure
* Ensure safe engineering practices, quality products, quality service, and satisfied customers by working with all departments within the organization
* Interpret Architectural/Structural plans and perform required calculations to ensure structural integrity
* Oversee project design teams and be accountable for project milestones and successful deliverables to internal and external customers
* Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering, or comparable ABET accredited degree
* 0+ years' experience required, with a preference in design engineering in the precast or concrete industry
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with coworkers, supervisors, and managers
* Experience with Microsoft Office software
