Job Description You will be responsible for: Manage and oversee the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) and Management Advisory Services (MAS) legal service panel contracts.
Prepare and coordinate mandatory reports, including quarterly and end-of-year financial and expenditure reports.
Monitor compliance with firm policies and procedures relating to government panels, including Statement of Tax Record (STR) and security clearance requirements.
Maintain accurate client and matter data in firm systems, ensuring consistency and compliance for reporting purposes.
Manage communication across government practice teams, including oversight of shared mailboxes and distribution of panel-related updates.
Liaise with partners, lawyers, and practice coordinators nationally to support client reporting, performance tracking, and business development initiatives.
Work with the risk and compliance team to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest involving government entities.
Support tender responses, government engagement initiatives, and compliance with Head Agreement obligations.
Facilitate learning and development activities to improve panel awareness, compliance, and efficiency across practice groups.
