About the Role
As Senior Property Operations Manager, you will oversee preventative maintenance programmes, manage specialist contractors, ensure WH&S compliance, and guarantee seamless operations with minimal downtime.
You will be responsible for upholding the immaculate presentation, safety, and performance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading preventative and reactive maintenance across all clubs
* Overseeing pool & spa plant, water treatment, and testing regimes
* Managing commercial kitchen equipment & hospitality back-of-house systems
* Ensuring rapid response to maintenance requests
* Managing contractors and service providers
* Upholding WH&S and essential safety measures
* Supporting new club openings and engineering projects
About You
* Extensive experience in luxury hotels, wellness clubs, aquatic facilities, or hospitality operations
* Strong technical expertise across:
o Water chemistry, testing & filtration
o HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and passion for premium environments
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Strong communication and contractor management skills
