About the role

This opportunity is ideal for team members who are interested in Kitchens, interiors or home improvement projects and want to build their skills over time.

You'll start as a Customer Service Team Member, learning our service standards, systems and products across the store. From there, you'll gradually gain exposure to the Kitchens department, building confidence with kitchen ranges, storage solutions, fittings and how customers plan their projects.

What the pathway looks like:

* Team Member – learn store basics, customer service, systems and product knowledge
* Kitchen Expert (development step) – build deeper Kitchens product knowledge and support customers earlier in their project journey
* Kitchen Specialist – once fully trained and signed off, move into a specialist role supporting kitchen projects

This approach allows you to grow at the right pace, complete all required training and onboarding, and build confidence before stepping into a specialist role.

We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for this role.

What's involved
* Providing friendly and helpful customer service, with a focus on home improvement and kitchen projects
* Assisting customers to find the right kitchen products, storage solutions and fittings
* Learning about kitchen ranges, design considerations and common customer renovation needs
* Stock management and maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment
* Working closely with your team to deliver a great Kitchens experience
* Building knowledge and capability over time to support progression into Kitchens roles
You'll have
* A genuine passion for customer experience
* An interest in Kitchens, interiors, design, DIY or home improvement projects
* A willingness to learn and develop deeper product knowledge
* Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers bring ideas to life
* The ability to work well in a team with a positive, can‐do attitude
* A commitment to safety, integrity and doing your best every day

When you're ready to give this opportunity a Red Hot Go, all you'll need to do is:

* Submit an application and complete an online chat interview (20 minutes)
* If successful, next step includes an online video interview (15 minutes)
* If you're a match, we'll invite you to an onsite meet and greet with our leaders (20 minutes)
