Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
* Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
* Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and motivated clinician with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A SPA Registered Speech Pathologist (or eligibility for registration) would be ideal, but not essential for new graduates.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with referral sources and clients.
Experience in paediatrics, disability, or community settings is highly desirable - but not essential for new graduates.
Passion for delivering evidence-based care and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
An NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
