Compass Group is a world leader in catering and support services. ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the oil and gas, mining and construction, and defence sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Manager.

**The Position**

Based in our Cannon Hill support office and reporting to our General Manager, this position is critical in supporting our senior leadership team to operate efficiently. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following;
- Managing the support office administration team
- Overseeing domestic travel booking systems
- Supporting General Manager and Senior Management Team
- Comprehensive administrative support including but not limited to:

- Complex and fluid calendar management including Client meetings
- Produce correspondence, memos, presentations and reports both of a general and confidential nature
- Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes, process travel and expense claims
- Preparing presentations for Tender Submissions or other strategic Client meetings
- Complete Accounts Payable processes for administration costs, flights, timesheets, and supplier invoices

**The Person**
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel
- Executive support experience with Senior Management personnel
- Excellent planning, communication and time management skills
- Customer service focus, with flexible approach and attitude
- Experience managing relationships with multi-site or national portfolios
- Financial invoicing and reconciliation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing priorities
