As a trusted partner to the Australian Government, we lead critical airborne special missions, from border surveillance to life‐saving search‐and‐rescue operations, covering over 10% of the Earth's surface.
In addition to our aviation bases across Australia and the Indian Ocean Territories, we operate a 24/7 Operations Centre, Systems Integration Lab and Mission Equipment Service Centre to ensure mission success. We collaborate with local SMEs to prototype and test advanced mission management systems, integrating cutting‐edge ISR technology.

Your New Role And Responsibilities
* Carry out duties in accordance with CASA regulations and company procedures to maintain compliance.
* Receipt, inspect, store, handle and dispatch aeronautical products, COTS Mission Equipment, standard parts and materials.
* Monitor and transact warehouse material inventory transfers, issues, returns and shelf‐life transactions using the approved ERP system.
* Support local procurement to maintain base consumables and services & stock take as directed by the Mission Equipment Service Centre manager.
* Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Management System (WHSMS) policy and procedures.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact
* Demonstrated stores or warehousing experience (essential)
* High level inventory software experience
* Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders at all levels
* A quick learner who is proactive, driven and assertive
* Strong organisation and time management skills.
* Desirable – Aviation experience, Forklift license DG license by Air
This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen.
