This is an unusually broad commercial property role at one of the best commercial property teams in Perth. Our client seeks a lawyer for a range of up-market property work with a largely corporate client base.
Responsibilities
* Transactional and varied role
* Supportive, switched-on environment
* Assist in the preparation and negotiation of high-end purchases, sales, financing and property developments and subdivisions
* Work on complex commercial leases
* Provide strategic and commercial advice, and work closely with clients from the inception of their ideas through to the point of realisation
Qualifications / Experience
* Ideally 2–3 years of post-admission experience; lawyers with up to about 4 years' experience will be considered
* Currently working at a recognised, quality practice
* Ability to take responsibility while accepting supervision and development
* Act for and advise major property investors, corporates, developers, trusts, funds managers and government (as described)
You will also work on complex commercial leases and assist in providing strategic and commercial advice, from inception to realisation.
