We're expanding our national footprint with a dedicated Virtual Sales Team. As a Virtual Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging, impactful conversations with healthcare professionals, all while working from the comfort of your home.

The Role & Responsibilities

As a Virtual Sales Representative at FarmaForce, you'll be at the forefront of our dynamic sales team, crafting compelling narratives and building lasting relationships with clients. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to shape your future in sales.

This position is onsite based in our Sydney or Macquarie Park office. Hybrid Working Arrangement – 2/3 day split.

* Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders to foster brand loyalty
* Provide information about the benefits, uses, and clinical data of pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
* Conduct virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations to promote products to healthcare professionals.
* Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
* Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques.


Skills & Experience

* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a sales, customer service, or healthcare‑related role; pharmaceutical or medical sales experience highly regarded
* Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, engaging phone and video presence
* Strong storytelling ability with the talent to deliver persuasive and tailored sales narratives
* Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships in a virtual environment
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, goal‑driven team
* Tech‑savvy and confident navigating virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, CRM systems) and digital sales tools
* Self‑motivated with a passion for learning, growth, and achieving measurable outcomes
* A keen interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical education is advantageous
