The Role:
* Conduct maintenance tasks, including inspection, classification, repairs, and planned works across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or carpentry requests.
* Perform fault finding, reactive maintenance, and assist other trades to ensure operational continuity.
* Provide mobile device work order requests, work updates, timelines, and risk assessments, prioritizing urgent work orders as needed.
Requirements:
* A relevant trade qualification (electrician, plumber, carpenter, etc.).
* Hold a Coal Board Medical.
* Standard 11 (desirable).
* Experience in fault finding and reactive maintenance in remote or complex environments (preferred).
* Strong understanding of maintenance processes on commercial/industrial sites along with a strong understanding and adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
* Ability to provide a police check within the last 12 months or obtain one.
* A current C class driver's license.
