Job Title: Transmission Project Manager
The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering transmission line projects from inception to completion.
A Project Manager oversees a team of engineers, designers, drafters, and support staff ensuring quality control and best-in-class project execution. The manager collaborates with subject matter expert discipline groups, including Substation Engineering, Distribution Studies, and Civil Engineering, to guarantee successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
* Maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
To be successful in this role, the applicant must have advanced knowledge of transmission engineering principles and be able to direct multiple technical disciplines in completing transmission line projects.
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
* 10+ years' project engineering experience
* 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organization and planning skills
