Have full/part-time availability across Monday to Friday, with in-office expectations (Gosford) NO experience? No problems - as long as you come with the above! Skills can be taught, but you will need to bring the willingness to learn and a genuine interest. Bonus points if you have previous experience working across office management / administration type roles. Have previous experience in residential / facilities management? Fantastic! This team would love to show you what is involved in the commercial side. Have previous asset management experience? Brilliant! What you’ll be doing day to day: Build and maintain long-term client relationships - they’ll rely on you as their go-to person for everything asset-related. Handle leases, renewals, and negotiations with professionalism and care. Manage maintenance, repairs, and compliance matters across your portfolio (including Fire Safety and Insurance Reviews). Attend site and property inspections, ensuring everything is running smoothly. Keep tenancy schedules, arrears tracking, and reporting accurate and up to date. Work collaboratively with your colleagues and management to share ideas, solve challenges, and continuously improve processes. Use property management software (Cirrus8 experience is great, but not essential - training provided). Duties and responsibilities will be determined by your level of experience – this team will not be throwing you into the deep end before you’re ready.
