About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach - Workforce Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering and motivating customers to achieve their employment goals and successfully transition into meaningful and sustainable employment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with identifying their strengths and interests, and connect them with various activities to enhance their skillset if needed
* Buid relationships with customers, gaining their trust, and understanding their goals to provide tailored support
* Use your influencing skills to connect customers with employers and build strong employer connections to secure employment

About You:
* Strong customer service experience
* Solutions-focused / positive mindset
* Self-confident and motivated
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Resilient, empathetic & team player
* Current driver licence
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card
* Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
