Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our partnership network, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with IT providers across the ANZ region.
Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential partners, understanding their business needs and pain points, and determining how we can build a mutually beneficial relationship. You will also be responsible for providing personalized demonstrations of our software, quoting and negotiating conditions for collaboration, and understanding the target market by developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow our partner network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Higher
* Passion for software products
* Perfect written and verbal English
* Highly creative and autonomous
* Good business knowledge and logical thinking skills
* Excellent communicator, able to negotiate and achieve sales targets
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
