We are looking for a the right person to be our National Sales Manager, based in Toowoomba, QLD. You are responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with key customers and partners. The Role
You will report to the CEO/Co Founder of SwarmFarm and be accountable for:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
* Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the customer base.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
* Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to drive sales pipeline.
Team Leadership and Management:
* Supervise the sales team.
* Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, including monthly 1:1’s and purposeful weekly sales meetings
* Set clear sales goals and objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
* Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
* Achieve strict adherence to the CRM.
* Undertake pipeline reviews to propensity score leads.
* Present monthly forward sales forecasts to the Board to assist cashflow and inventory planning.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, key influences within territories and partners.
* Identify and engage with strategic partners to drive sales growth and explore new business opportunities.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote SwarmFarm Robotics and generate leads.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline, budgets and forecasts.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to the leadership team .
* Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and initiatives.
* Reporting on Sales team financial and performance monitoring
