Travel Coordinator Job ID 223427 Posted 10-Jun-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Mount Gravatt - Queensland - Australia - Join a growing business support services team - Fast-paced team with strong client service approach - Hybrid role based at our Mount Gravatt office, Land of the Kagarr-Mabul people About the role: - Coordinate with Events teams, Executive Assistants, Team Assistants, managers and leaders across the organisation regarding travel arrangements - As the conduit between the CBRE team and our external travel management provider, you will coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for the CBRE Pacific team - Travel arrangements include, flights, accommodation, transport and other details as required - Provide proactive communication, calendar management and detailed invitations - Ensure internal stakeholders are educated and adhere to CBRE travel policies and protocols - Utilise feedback and hyper care to implement process improvement to travel management processes and procedures. About you: - Demonstrated experience in travel coordination (domestic, regional and/or international) - Relationship focused, with highly developed, polished communication skills - An enthusiastic collaborator, who can work with a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), travel booking systems coupled with ability and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for team members and the business before they arise - Passionate about providing superior customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience.
