o Responsible to establish the first project budget/forecast based on handover bid from Sales Department
o Responsible for the updates of changes to the forecast based on inputs from project management and other project team members as applicable
o Responsible for monthly Project Cost Report and Project Management Report
o Preparation of monthly invoices to Client and follow up works (including reimbursable items)
o Evaluate the economic impact of changes/variations in scope of work
o Perform economic analysis, forecasts, deviations report etc
o Update cash forecast
o Support identification of Threats and Opportunities and mitigation plan
o Increase other Departments' awareness of the Cost Control function
o Review of commitments
You are meant for this job if:
o You have Finance/Business/Engineering qualifications
o You have 7+ years' experience in a relevant field
o You can legally work and reside in the country
