Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and safety-focused individuals to join our traffic management team in Kalgoorlie. As a Traffic Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring operational traffic management plans, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing tasks associated with traffic control for works and events;
* Implementing and monitoring traffic management plans;
* Conducting vehicle pre-start checks;
* Loading and unloading traffic control equipment;
* Completing required paperwork and reporting hazards or near misses;
* Following site instructions from supervisors and inspectors;
Requirements:
* WA Traffic Control accreditation;
* Valid driver's license and reliable transport;
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months);
* Ability to pass a comprehensive medical screening;
* Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts;
* Basic computer skills;
* Strong focus on safety and compliance;
* Ability to work effectively within a team and follow directions.
