Job Role:

Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our business goals.
* Design and deliver impactful retention and attraction programs to support building a high-performing culture.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on all aspects of human resources.
* Lead change management initiatives to drive positive workplace culture and improve employee engagement.
* Develop and implement core people processes including performance management, talent succession and development, and employee engagement to foster a high-performing culture.
* Use workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights and inform workforce planning and development decisions.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
* At least five years' experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering across generalist functions of HR.
* Proven experience working in a similar heavy industry operating environment where safety is paramount.
* A strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* A proven ability to work autonomously with multiple projects and navigate complexity.
* A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for People and Culture.
