Combined Automotive Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated part-time or casual mechanic or an automotive receptionist with mechanical knowledge to join our friendly and professional team. This is a flexible role ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience or strong automotive knowledge who also enjoys customer service and administration.
About the Role
This role is a mix of front-of-house reception and workshop duties, including:
Reception / Admin Duties
* Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
* Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
* Invoicing customers and processing payments
* Customer service and front desk support
* General office administration
Mechanical Duties
* Servicing vehicles
* Basic mechanical repairs
* Assisting with workshop tasks
* Other mechanical duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has mechanical experience or strong automotive knowledge
* Is confident communicating with customers
* Is organised and reliable
* Can multitask in a busy environment
* Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Is comfortable working both in the office and workshop
* Has relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential, depending on role focus)
