We are seeking a Claims Administration Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering exceptional administrative functions, excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
The role is responsible for registration of claims, payment of invoices and other general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of a busy team. We are looking for an individual who excels at exercising attention to detail, meeting deadlines and communicating clearly.
The successful applicant will be motivated, positive and enthusiastic, with a passion for organisation and attention to detail. They will work closely with claims officers to achieve shared goals and be part of a team that values diversity and practices inclusiveness.
