Our Restructuring group has managed many of the most complex corporate and government restructures in the Asia-Pacific region, including notable projects such as Network Ten, Arrium, FTX, Scott's Refrigerated Logistics, Grocon, and Ansett Australia, and advising on strategic acquisitions.
We also support governments to shape future outcomes.Working alongside our Restructuring specialists, you will learn to look beyond the numbers and take bold steps to protect and recover value.
Under expert mentorship, you will gain experience across independent business reviews, cash flow monitoring and forecasting, restructuring, financial and strategic advisory, and formal insolvency appointments.
You will contribute to solving our clients' most pressing challenges.There are opportunities across our various offices; please indicate the city you are interested in from the options listed.What you'll be doingAs a graduate in our restructuring team, you'll work in project teams to manage Australia's largest and most complex corporate restructures, receiverships, administrations and liquidations.
You can expect to:collaborate onsite with a team managing the daily operations of distressed businesseshandle creditor inquiries and engage key stakeholders through the insolvency processassist in executing sale transactions for businesses and assetsconduct financial analysis and prepare reports for lenders, regulators and businessesdevelop cash flow forecasts and financial modelsparticipate in business development and marketing activitiesresearch opportunities by analysing financial and market information and reporting findings to PartnersYou'll have a buddy to help you navigate office life, a mentor to guide your career, and access to regular events and activities.
