What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Assessing customer finance and insurance requirements and presenting customised solutions
* Negotiating and finalising finance and insurance contracts to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Toyota finance and insurance products and services
* Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve business objectives
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

* Proven experience in the automotive finance and insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Toyota products
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes
