This is a multidisciplinary organisation, services include support workers to community care drivers, physiotherapists, speech pathologists, mental health workers and more. They serve over 50 communities across remote, rural and regional areas of Australia, including Townsville, Mount Isa, Longreach, Cairns, Mackay, Normanton, Doomadgee, Cloncurry and Mornington Island. Position Details: This organisation is part of a Regional Provider Network, that is taking a new approach to delivering client-centred mental health services. Partnering with several providers, their services take a collaborative approach, integrating different aspects of the mental health care system, to deliver a cohesive, easy-to-access, system of mental health care.
