Responsibilities
Oversee operational and cost management across the Distribution Centre, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and KPI achievement
Lead daily operations, coaching supervisors and staff while fostering accountability and engagement
Champion safety and compliance across all site activities, embedding a robust safety culture
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
Collaborate with Supply Chain and business teams to plan and execute operational initiatives
Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise operational outcomes and ensure long-term success
Qualifications
Be an experienced supply chain and DC operations leader with broad operational knowledge
Have a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for building future-ready supply chain solutions
Possess strong people management skills, inspiring teams and driving high performance
Have operational experience across distribution, online fulfilment, transport management, and retail logistics
Be highly analytical with the ability to use data to improve performance and reduce costs
