As a Property Management Assistant, you\'ll be the backbone supporting our Property Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our portfolio of residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail‐oriented, and driven by service.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as primary contact for tenant queries by phone, email, or SMS; log and follow up promptly using our property management system
* Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor scheduling, and follow-up to resolution, ensuring records are tracked accurately
* Assist with administrative responsibilities—including preparing lease documents and renewals, Notices and digital filing
* Support rent tracking and arrears collection, preparing rent statements and following up where needed
* Carry out routine property inspections, compile reports, and flag compliance or upkeep issues promptly
* Help market vacant properties: online listings, arrange and show properties to prospective tenants
Key Qualifications & Skills
* Strong customer service and communications skills
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time‐management abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy across documentation and processes
* Competence with Microsoft Office and property‐management software
* Basic financial literacy: understanding lease terms, rent processes
* Understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance obligations in the NT (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain for NT)
* Driver\'s license and reliable transport for property visits
