About the Role
As our ICT Administrator, you will play akey role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems. You'll support service coordination functions and enable efficient digital workflows across homecare, nursing, and administrative services.

# Manage and support digital tools used in rostering, scheduling, and service delivery
# Provide responsive ICT support and resolve technical issues for staff
# Digitise and maintain service forms, records, and dashboards
# Collaborate with service coordinators to streamline and improve digital processes
# Train staff in the use of relevant ICT systems and tools
# Ensure data integrity, privacy, and backups in line with organisational policies
# Support the implementation of ICT projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For

# Masters or Bachelor's degree inInformation Technology or related qualification
# Strong skills inHealth CareICT systems administration and end-user support
# Excellentproblem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
# Clear and effectivecommunication and collaboration abilities
# Experience withdigital rostering systems or CRMs (desirable)
# Understanding ofdata protection and privacy within healthcare settings
# Skills in Cybersecurity and
# Training on Digital Safety for vulnerable client and other end users
# Ability toprioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
# Previous experience incommunity health or aged care (highly recommended)
