The appointee will work closely with the Chairperson, Board, and executive team to ensure a balance between commercial excellence and public interest obligations.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrated senior experience in energy trading, retailing, power system operations or major asset project development, operations and maintenance, with a sound understanding of NEM dynamics
* Proven track record in senior executive or board roles in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
* Strong commercial and financial management experience
* High standard of integrity and demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct in corporate governance
* Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing complex operational, market or asset risks
