Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our customers to provide individualized support and assistance with daily activities, community access, and recreational activities. You will also be responsible for following therapy plans and positive behavior plans, and ensuring compliance with required documentation.
Our teams work in partnership with customers, helping them grow and flourish in their homes and communities through person-centered, flexible support. Required Skills and Qualifications
* NDIS Screening Clearance
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
* Current WA Class C driver's license and own reliable car
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Valid working rights
