This role will focus on prospecting,qualifyingand outreaching Directto Consumer Brandsacross diverse verticals, fueling the top of the funnel and partnering closely with ourSalesTeamto drive net-newpipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
* Own theearly stagesof the sales cycle: cleanse data, qualify target accounts& prospects, and prepare high-fit leads for outreach usingBDE Tech Stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,SimilarWeb,UserGems,etc).
* Research andidentifyprospectivebrandsthat match Global-e's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Engage decision-makers throughinnovativemulti-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to generate interest and secure qualified product demos.
* Analyze each prospect's current cross-border strategy, checkout experience, and shipping/tax setup to tailor outreach and uncover business pain points.
* Approachingdeals with intent, signals & organizationalchangesto drive outreach engagements
* Maintainaccurateand up-to-date CRM records, ensuring data hygiene and sales readiness.
* Collaborate withSalesand Partnerships toalign onpipeline development strategies and market trends.
* Deliver consistently on monthly demo and pipeline generationKPIs, with a strong focus onPipeline Generation.
* Share insights on industry trends, competitor positioning, and best practices to bring value to conversations withteam.
Requirements
* Preferred experiencein Sales/Business Development, ideally in SaaS,eCommerceor cross-border tech.
* Ability to prospect, qualify, and engage senior decision-makers (Director, VP, C-Level) across multiple verticals.
* Familiarity with sales tech stack (HubSpot, Sales Navigator,SimilarWeb, etc.)is a plus.
* Analytical mindsetlooking to improve resultsinternally and for the business goal.
* Strongcommunicationskills-clear, concise, and persuasive
* Organized, detail-oriented, andinterestedin a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team culture, while alsohaving the ability towork independently towardstarget.
* Ability to commute toMelbourneoffice 3x per week.
* Must be located in Australia and have the necessary working rights.
