Intro Recruitment has partnered up with a Queensland-based building and construction company that provides innovative building solutions for both the commercial and high-end residential sectors for a diverse range of clients. With their recent growth they are now looking for a Business Support/Administration Manager to join their talented team in the Fortitude Valley Office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Producing Invoices
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office
- Marketing and Management of the Socials
- Ensuring seamless operations, maintaining effective communication, and maximising productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Executive Assistance to the Director
- Effectively handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
