Job Title
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Helpdesk Technician. This is a key position in our IT team, responsible for delivering timely and effective assistance to staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Configure and maintain Virtual Desktop machines and laptops for new staff members.
* Setup and manage AD, AAD, and VDI desktop profiles.
* Provision applications and mobility services.
* Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
* Maintain system patching using deployment systems.
* Setup and maintain SharePoint access and page creation.
* Support video conferencing systems and setup Zoom, Teams, WebEx for presentations.
* Deploy and manage mobility services, including mail, dictation, and practice management access.
* Assist with IT team projects as required.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Able to think critically and innovatively.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work within a small team environment.
