Description
As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization. You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post‐implementation. This role combines strategic enablement with hands‐on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS's customer success organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy and approach
o Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS' long‐term growth objectives
o Design and adapt CS CoE's "Activate to Advocate" framework for partner implementation
o Create partner‐specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks
o Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners
o Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner‐led customer outcomes
o Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners
* Partner enablement and program execution
o Enable partners to build and scale their customer success practices by demonstrating how creating a customer success COE/customer success capabilities positively impacts their business model
o Guide partners through post‐sale stages
o Deploy customer health frameworks and intervention strategies through partner channels
o Build adoption, change management and stakeholder engagement toolkits
o Coach partners in establishing systematic approaches to value realization
o Build feedback mechanisms to continuously evolve success frameworks based on partner insights
o Establish mechanisms to measure and track partner‐led customer value realization
o Drive partner‐led adoption through technical milestones and usage metrics
o Implement value realization frameworks to meet business KPIs
* Organizational Leadership & Influence
o Partner with PDMs to drive adoption of success frameworks across partner organizations
o Collaborate with Partner Sales to accelerate consumption through systematic approaches
o Work with Partner Development Specialists to create industry‐specific success playbooks
o Build relationships across AWS organizations to drive program adoption and refinement
o Influence senior stakeholders to drive organizational transformation
o Develop business cases demonstrating quantifiable business impact and ROI of systematic partner enablement
Qualifications
* Deep expertise in partner enablement and post‐sale value delivery
* Strong program management and operational excellence capabilities
* Proven ability to influence and drive change across complex organizations
* Experience working with enterprise partners and cloud services
* Experience using AI to automate and scale work more effectively
Basic Qualifications
* 10+ years of progressive technology implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners
* Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation
* Track record of building partner capabilities and driving partner‐led growth
