Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role

What You'll Do
* Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy, safety, and real‐world applicability.
* Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into clear, structured feedback that improves AI system design.
* Review and assess AI outputs related to EHR systems, clinical decision support, and health data management.
* Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare content.
* Provide structured, expert feedback using defined evaluation frameworks.
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Who You Are
* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‐on experience in a healthcare setting.
* Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
* Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles.
* Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate clinical data and identify workflow or system issues.
* Clear, precise written communication skills.
* Detail‐oriented and comfortable working independently.
Nice to Have
* Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics specialist roles.
* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows.
* Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or population health platforms.
* Experience in quality improvement, clinical auditing, or outcomes measurement.
