We are a long-standing general dental practice in Mulgrave and Mt Eliza that holds an excellent reputation in these suburbs. We focus on comprehensive care for our patients with many loyal patients returning for regular preventive maintenance. Our group consists of Dentists and OHTs. In addition to general dentistry we perform a wide range of procedures from Cosmetic Dentistry, orthodontics, Clear aligners, Implants, oral surgery, complex full mouth rehabilitations and All on X. Mentoring will be provided for the right candidate to excel in their career. Due to our growth and patient demand, we are looking for another long-term team member to join us starting on Mondays and /or Thursdays in Mt Eliza practice.

We are after someone who is passionate about providing high quality, comprehensive dental care and building long term trusting relationships with patients. Patient communication, your ability to diagnose and treatment plan effectively and being able to build up your books are vital to your success in our practice.

We have a great patient flow and busy books through internal and external marketing. We allow ample time for an initial comprehensive exam and a supportive front desk and assisting team.

Equipment and Facilities

• A Great hygiene department with regular loyal patients
• Ability to perform General Anaesthesia on site
• CEREC Prime-mill and Primescan
• CBCT and OPG and Lat ceph
• Inhouse 3D printing, Sidexis and Inlab software
• Digital photography DSLR camera Intra-oral camera
• Dental 4 Windows Web
• Regular Dentist meetings to discuss cases/mentoring

Remuneration will be commission based on experience.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in Private practice. previous fixed orthodontic experience will be favourably looked upon.
• Ability to communicate the diagnosis and treatment plan effectively to patients. Prime and momentum training will be favorably looked upon.
• Ability to build up your books and sustain at least 80% rebooking rate.
• The willingness to be a long-term member of our team.
• The ability to plan long-term and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment to all patients.
• Gentle and compassionate to our patients.
• The eagerness to learn new skills and have a passion for continuous professional development.
• Respectful, friendly, and open communication with the team.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development is a must
• Experience in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implant dentistry will be favourably looked upon.
