Key Responsibilities
* Leading, developing, and mentoring teams of paid employees and volunteers
* Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to every customer, every time
* Embedding operational and visual merchandise standards
* Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the stores
* Championing donor values by upholding product sorting, pricing, and placement standards
* Building and supporting volunteer workforces and engaging with local communities
* Role-modeling a 'safety first' culture in stores
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, and/or retail, along with significant experience in managing large retail outlets
* Demonstrated ability in successfully leading retail and supply chain operations
* Proven people management skills including leading, motivating, coaching, and developing teams
* Ability to review and analyze business data and analytics for effective reporting and decision-making on operational performance
* Financial acumen and experience in managing profit and loss statements
* High-level understanding of current retail sector and not-for-profit industry issues
* NW driver's license and ability to travel across the region
