Assistant Principal Job
The Assistant Principal plays a key role in the school's leadership team, working closely with the Principal to develop and implement strategies that drive student outcomes.
This senior leadership position requires an individual who is passionate about education, has exceptional leadership skills, and can inspire and motivate teachers and students alike. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of improving student performance, as well as experience in staff management and curriculum development.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the work of curriculum across the school;
* Allocate budgets and resources within the area of responsibility;
* Oversee the delivery of teaching programs;
* Manage programs to improve teacher knowledge and experience;
* Responsible for general discipline matters beyond classroom teachers and year level coordinators;
The successful candidate will be highly skilled in areas such as educational leadership, planning and policy development, staff and student leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and financial, management and administrative abilities. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
