OverviewAn exciting opportunity to work within a large, telecommunications/consulting organisation within a permanent role with competitive salary.As the SAP Project Manager, you will focus on SAP service delivery and logistics expertise, driving stability, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the client's SAP setting.
ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure client's SAP logistics platform runs seamlessly and evolves.You will lead service delivery providing governance and oversight for Day 2 operational activities.You will manage service level agreements (SLAs), overseeing the resolution of incidents, guiding the root cause analysis of recurring problems, and governing the delivery of system changes and enhancements.You will be the operational contact for the client, leading service review meetings and ensuring the support team is aligned to deliver.You will provide expertise in logistics within SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Logistics Execution (LE).
QualificationsExperienced SAP Project Manager or Delivery LeadDeep functional knowledge of SAP Logistics, specifically in a post-implementation support environmentHands-on experience working with and supporting SAP S/4HANAUnderstanding of how the logistics modules integrate with other core SAP modules, particularly Finance and Controlling (FICO)Experience working in an Application Management Services (AMS) or a senior production support role, responsible for live SAP systemExperience overseeing and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Experience working in the telco/consulting sector advantageous
