Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Townsville, QLD. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring all objectives are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with logistics and inspection teams to optimize project delivery and meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong skills in Expediting and managing Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of project elements.
Experience in Inspection protocols and practices to meet quality and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Logistics Management for effective resource allocation, materials handling, and supply chain coordination.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Industry experience in HVAC, building services, or asset management is advantageous.
